Mysore One - New Seshadri Iyer Road Mysore One is an initiative of the Government of Karnataka to provide integrated services to the citizens through the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The project aims to provide a single interface for the citizen-centric services of the government and the private businesses in a secured and user-friendly manner. The project assures of offering non-stop services that are accessible from anywhere, through the use of IT tools.

Mysore One – Advantages

Mysore One is the “One Stop Shop for Non-Stop Citizen Services.” The major advantage of such an initiative is that citizens can avail the services of several government departments and private companies under one roof. This results in saving of time and costs. 

Mysore One – Services Provided

1. Mysore City Corporation – Water Tax: Payment of Water Tax. Pay modes available are cash, cheque and DD 2. Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Company (CESCOM): Payment of Electricity Bill through cash, cheque and DD 3. RPO – Generate ARN: Register a slot and generate an acknowledgement form comprising of Application Reference Number (ARN) 4. Cell One: Payment of postpaid bills. Pay modes available are cash, cheque and DD 5. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL): Payment of landline bills. Pay modes available are cash, cheque and DD 6. E-Filing of Returns: E-filing of Returns, Update E-Filing Status, Update E-Filing Status for Form V 7. Airtel (Mobile Post-Paid): Payment of postpaid bills. Pay modes available are cash, cheque and DD 8. Airtel (Landline Bills): Payment of landline bills. Pay modes available are cash, cheque and DD. 9. Vodafone (Mobile Post-Paid): Payment of postpaid mobile bills. Pay modes available are cash, cheque and DD 10. ING VYSYA Life Insurance: Renewal of ING VYSYA insurance policy. Pay mode available is cash 11. KSRTC: Advance bus ticket booking and ticket cancellation. Pay mode available is cash 12. Bangalore University: Payment of processing fee for Bangalore University Distance Education Application. Pay modes available are cash and DD 13. PUC Applications: Application for Photo Copies, Revaluation, Re-Totaling of Marks, and PUC Results. Pay modes available are cash and DD 14. Mysore City Corporation– Property Tax: Payment of Property Tax. Pay modes available are cash, cheque and DD 15. Karnataka Building and Other Constructions Workers Welfare Board: Collection of Subscription for Registered Workers. Pay mode available is cash. 16. E-Procurement: Payment of BDA Tender Fees 17. Govt. / Private Job applications: Registration for Govt. Job Alerts and Notifications, Sale of Notification and Job Application Forms, Sale of Monthly and Annual Subscriptions for Newspapers and Publications 18. Police Verification Services: Availability of Police Verification Forms and Collection of Fees for Police Verification Services 19. DISH TV: Recharge of the TOP UP for DISH TV. Pay modes available are cash and credit card   20. RTO: Issuance of RC-Extract for Vehicle and Issuance of DL Extract. Pay mode for both services is cash 21. EPIC CARD: Apply for EPIC Card, update or remove EPIC Card details, transposition of an entry to a different place in the same constituency, issue of new or updated EPIC Card 22. UIDAI: Generation of e-Aadhar 23. Government Department Forms: Application Forms of various Government Departments to allow citizens to apply for respective services 24. IDEA: Payment of post-paid bills. Pay modes available are cash, cheque and DD 25. MTS: Payment of MTS post-paid bills. Pay modes available are cash, cheque, credit card, debit card and DD 26. Food and Civil Supplies – Ration Card: Enroll for Ration Card Service 27. Karnataka Housing Board: Payment of Building Plan Approval Fees and generate GSC number 28.
