Accommodation and Tariff: ₹2900 per person

*The accommodation includes fixed menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner ( including non-veg both in lunch and dinner ) - pure nati koli and mutton is available ( subject to availability and will be charged extra )

*Kids below 4is free and 5-11 years are charged at 50%

*Coffee/tea and evening snacks , cut fruits-vegetables are included as part of the tariff.

*Any additional menu or on-demand dishes will be charged extra subjected to be informed prior and availability.

*Addition of bed will be charged on extra basis.

Dos and Don’ts

•⁠ ⁠Please avoid carrying plastic bags.

•⁠ ⁠Venturing outside the property beyond 7PM is restricted.

•⁠ ⁠Loud Music Not Allowed.

•⁠ ⁠Carry warm clothes ,as it’s mostly cold in the evening.

•⁠ ⁠Carry all specific needs such as medicines as the nearest market is 10 km away.

•⁠ ⁠Request to maintain utmost care, as stay is surrounded by Reserve Forest.

•⁠ ⁠Take nothing but memories, leave nothing but footprints.

•⁠ ⁠Jungle Safari - These safaris are run by Forest department of Karnataka and hence it will be subjected to availability or prior booking.

•⁠ ⁠Visit Kabini Dam - Subjected to permission availability from your end.

•⁠ ⁠bullak-cart ride( subject to availability)

Cancellation policy

•⁠ ⁠Booking is confirmed only after 50% advance is paid.

•⁠ ⁠Full payment has to be made 3days prior to check in date.

•⁠ ⁠Cancellation is free, if it is prior to 10 days of check-in date.

•⁠ ⁠25% of the advance is charged if cancellation is made within 7-9 days.

•⁠ ⁠50% of the advance is charged if the cancellation is made 4 days prior to check-in date.

•⁠ ⁠No refund will be provided, if cancellation is made 3 days prior to check-in date.
