Job Description

Role Summary

You’re not “advising” — you’re selling over the phone. Your job is to convert leads into paying customers using calls, follow-ups, and persuasion. If you can’t handle rejection daily, this role will break you.

Key Responsibilities
Call potential and existing customers to pitch products/services
Understand customer needs and push the right product (not random selling)
Handle objections and close deals on call
Follow up aggressively on leads (this is where most sales actually happen)
Maintain call logs, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding or delivery

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable):-
Strong communication (English + regional language is a huge advantage)
Persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection without losing momentum
Basic CRM / Excel knowledge
Listening skills (most people talk too much and lose the sale)

Preferred Qualifications:-
Any degree (doesn’t matter much if you can sell)
0–3 years in telesales / inside sales / customer handling
